Try Before You Buy Program
How Does it Work?
The Try Before You Buy program is eligible for a minimum of 3 items and a maximum of 5. Certain sale items, and accessories are not eligible for the program.
As a shopper, you simply select the TryNow purchase option when adding items to your cart. At checkout, you will not be charged. An "authorization" for the full amount of your order will be placed on your card to reserve funds in case you choose to keep everything. Your 5 day "trial" will begin once your package is delivered.
Once you've decided what to keep, please visit the returns portal included in your confirmation, and enter the items you would like to return. Once your order returns and is processed, the pending hold on your account will be released within a few business days (depending on your bank's processing speeds), and you’ll only be charged for what you kept.
Is it 5 days after I place my order or 5 days after my order arrives?
Your 5 day trial begins once your package is delivered. (Be sure you keep an eye on your email inbox for updates from us on delivery!) You have until the end of the 5th day to enter your returns information in the portal.
Do I get free shipping and free returns?
Yes! We offer free ground shipping and returns for the Try Before You Buy program.
Average Shipping Times:
East Coast: 2-3 business days
MidWest: 3-4 business days
West Coast: 4-5 business days
I need more time - can I extend my trial?
Yes! We understand sometimes shipping delays or vacations can get in the way of your trial period. Please email us at info@primmsstyle.com to request a 1-3 day trial extension.
How do I return my items I don't want?
Please email info@primmsstyle by the end of the 5th day of your trial with the detail of the items you would like to return, and a return label will be emailed to you You must use original packing to return items, and all items must have tags attached and in a new, unworn condition.
