The LIGHT loafer is running small, we recommend sizing up a half size from your typical size.

LIGHT is handmade at our family-owned factory in the traditional footwear town of Elda, Spain. Our leather is sourced from the finest tanneries across Italy. Each upper is cut, sewn and lasted by Spanish artisans who are experts in their craft. Our components are developed and tested with neighboring factories in Elda, and perfected by FREDA’s design team in Sausalito. Every pair of the women's loafer is hand finished from the custom brass halo down to the sole.
Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be postmarked back within 7 days of receiving the return label. If postmarked after 7 days and within 14 days, a store credit will be issued after return has been approved.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sale or items purchased with a DISCOUNT CODE are final sale.
Restocking Fee
New Policy: Due to being a small business, we will now apply a restocking fee of 3% to cover any merchant fees incurred during initial purchase. You may avoid the restocking fee by choosing a store credit instead of refund. Thank you for understanding our new policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the $7.95 return label shipping fee, and restocking cost.
To Start a Return, click the profile icon in the store's navigation,
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
After the product is received and approved, you will receive a refund to original form of purchase within 7-10 business days
