All items must be postmarked back within 7 days of receiving the return label. Items received back within 7-14 days are eligible for a store credit only.
Please note, all event wear dresses are fitted with 360 ID tag to prevent return fraud. If the 360 secure ID tag is removed or altered, the item is ineligible for a return.
