Online Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy on all full priced items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a refund to original form of payment.
All items must be postmarked back within 7 days of receiving the return label. Items postmarked back after the 7 days, and within 14 days are eligible for store credit only.
Please note, an item is still considered full price when using a discount code, and can be returned for a refund.
All Sale items marked down up to 40% off are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
Items marked down 40% or greater are final sale, but can be exchanged for a different size of the same item if available. Final Sale items will incur a 9.95 shipping fee for the exchange.

Please note, all event wear dresses are fitted with 360 ID tag to prevent return fraud. If the 360 secure ID tag is removed or altered, the item is ineligible for a return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. A $9.95 return fee will be deducted from all returns to cover return shipping.
After the product is received and approved, you will receive a refund to original form of payment minus the $9.85 fee within 7-10 business days
