All items must be postmarked back within 7 days of receiving the return label. Items postmarked back after the 7 days, and within 14 days are eligible for store credit only.
An item is still considered full price when using a discount code, and can be returned for a refund.
Please note, all event wear dresses are fitted with 360 ID tag to prevent return fraud. If the 360 secure ID tag is removed or altered, the item is ineligible for a return.
