Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our boutique team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales performance, and maintaining the high standards expected in a luxury retail setting. The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and a hands-on manager who thrives in a high-touch environment and is comfortable supporting both in-store and digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team

  • Drive sales growth and consistently meet or exceed targets

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience aligned with luxury service standards

  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect a polished, high-end environment

  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including VIP clientele

  • Support and execute social media initiatives to enhance store visibility and client engagement

  • Assist with e-commerce operations, including learning and utilizing Shopify

  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to optimize performance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or premium apparel

  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading successful teams

  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for business promotion

  • Willingness to learn and work within Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for fashion, styling, and client service

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 2–3 Saturdays per month.

Position Overview

We are seeking passionate, fashion-forward Sales Associates / Stylists to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional retail — you will serve as a personal stylist, brand ambassador, and client relationship builder for both men’s and women’s fashion.

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized styling services for men and women based on client needs, body type, and lifestyle

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a luxury in-store experience

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including repeat clientele and VIP clients

  • Stay knowledgeable about current fashion trends, designers, and product offerings

  • Assist customers with outfit selection, wardrobe building, and special occasion styling

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand aesthetics

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

Job Title: In-House Seamstress / Tailor

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented In-House Seamstress / Tailor to join our team. This role is essential in delivering a premium client experience through high-quality alterations, custom fittings, and garment finishing for both men’s and women’s apparel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform professional alterations on dresses, suits, denim, formalwear, and designer garments

  • Conduct fittings and recommend precise adjustments for optimal fit

  • Alter men’s and women’s clothing with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Execute hemming, tapering, resizing, repairs, and custom modifications

  • Handle delicate and luxury fabrics with care

  • Collaborate with stylists and sales associates to meet client expectations

  • Maintain timely turnaround without compromising quality

  • Keep workspace clean, organized, and efficient

  • Track client requests, fittings, and deadlines


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a seamstress, tailor, or alterations specialist

  • Strong knowledge of garment construction and fit for both men’s and women’s apparel

  • Experience working with high-end or delicate fabrics preferred

  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

  • Strong time management and communication skills

  • Boutique or luxury retail experience is a plus


Compensation & Commission Structure

Final compensation structure will be determined based on experience, speed, and quality of work. Dedicated space will be provided at no charge.
