In-Store Return Policy

Because in-store shoppers have the opportunity to try items on before purchasing, in-store purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 7 business days on full-price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags.

Online Return Policy

We will happily accept returns or exchanges on full-price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 7 days of the delivery date. A $7.95 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

Sale Merchandise & Promotional Discounts

All Sale, Jewelry, Shapewear, Hair Accessories, and Watch/Phone accessories are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Merchandise purchased from our sale or clearance collections, or specifically marked Final Sale, may be exchanged for a different size of the same product only if another size if available, and will incur a $15 exchange shipping fee.

Purchases Made Using a Promotional Code

Items purchased using a promotional or discount code are eligible for return unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase or specifically marked Final Sale.

At Primm’s, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you love an item but need a different size or would prefer another style, we're happy to assist with an exchange whenever possible. Full-Priced exchanges will not incur a return label fee, and will the exchange will be shipped out free of charge.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the order date, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Primm’s does not provide prepaid return labels for international shipments.
